4. AI-generated content

Content generated by FlowCaptions is produced by artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-4o mini). AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content before using it. FlowCaptions does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of generated content for any purpose.

You retain ownership of the content you generate. By using the Service, you grant FlowCaptions a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your inputs for the purpose of generating results.

5. Intellectual property

The FlowCaptions name, logo, design, and underlying software are the intellectual property of FlowCaptions. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without written permission.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including OpenAI and Google. Use of these integrations is subject to those providers' own terms of service. FlowCaptions is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
